What is ZUMBA? ZUMBA is a Latin-inspired, dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements that create a dynamic and exciting fitness system. ZUMBA is fun, different, easy and effective! This is exercise in disguise and is designed for everyone to enjoy! So, ditch the workout and join the party as you dance in a class filled with salsa, merengue, reggaeton, calypso, hip hop, cumbia and much more!

Stroller Strides is a 1 hour total body workout designed specifically for moms with stroller age children (6 weeks - 4 years). It includes power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), it's a great workout for any level of exerciser. In addition to a great workout, you can meet some amazing new moms and kids. Our program also offers our Luna Mom Playgroup (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly mom's night out activities and special community events.

"Make a Difference, Make a Decision"
Don't wait for the New Year to make a decision, start now by making a difference for yourself with how you feel and look. M.A.D. is an all around fitness class that doesn't specialize in one specific area. M.A.D.'s one hour workout will strengthen and tone your body including a combination of high energy exercises and resistance equipment.
By combining aerobic, anaerobic and resistance training, all participants are sure to receive a workout that is fun, challenging and rewarding.
Clarissa Sanchez, M.A.D.'s instructor, is also certified in: AFAA, ATI, Fit 4 Baby, Stroller Strides and Wellness and Fitness.

New River Dance is offering ballet classes for ages 13 and up! There is a required dress code and more information can be obtained from Beatriz Thompson at newriverdance0910@yahoo.com
A black leotard with pink tights and pink ballet slippers are necessary for the class.

Warnerfit Fitness Bootcamp is a 6 week high intensity interval training course that will push your current fitness tolerance to a new level. It can be a great place to meet others working towards similar fitness goals. Smooth Dance 6:30PM-7:15PM
Smooth dances are normally danced to Western music and dance counter-clockwise around a rectangular floor following the line of dance. Students will participant in Waltz, Fox Trot, and Tango. Partners are not required
Rhythm 7:15PM - 8:00PM
Rhythm dances are commonly danced to contemporary
Latin American music and with the exception of a few traveling dances do not follow the line of dance but perform their routines more or less in one spot. Students will participant in Salsa, Cha Cha, Merengue, and Tango. Partners are not required.
