City Council Meeting Schedule

Council Meetings

Cancellations, changes and/or revisions will be posted as they become available.  Special Meetings will be added as they are scheduled. The Jacksonville City Council meets on the first Tuesday following the first Monday and two weeks thereafter at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of Jacksonville City Hall, 815 New Bridge Street.

Whenever the regular meeting date falls on an Election Day or holiday, the meeting will be conducted the following day.

Workshop Meetings

The Jacksonville City Council Workshop meets shall occur on the first Tuesday following the second Regular City Council Meeting of the month at 5:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Jacksonville City Hall, 815 New Bridge Street.

Please note: the January meeting has been rescheduled to Monday, January 26 at 5:15 PM in Meeting Rooms A & B of Jacksonville City Hall. Also, due to the holiday, the November and December meetings will be combined and held on December 15.

You may request an accommodation for a disabling condition in order to attend meetings. If you have not already made a request prior to the meeting, you may do so with the City's ADA Coordinator Carmen K. Miracle, at 910.938.5224 or TDD 910.455.8852. Such request should be made at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting.

Special Meetings/Emergency Meetings

The Jacksonville City Council will occasionally hold Special Meetings and Emergency Meetings.  Scheduling details and topic information will be posted as it becomes available.
